At Take Off Tokyo 2025, HYOUKA served as the official survey partner, deploying AI-powered feedback kiosks and NFC survey cards across the entire event venue.

NFC Survey Cards for 100 Startup Booths

We provided survey solutions for every startup exhibitor at the event. Nearly 100 booths received their own unique user ID and password along with a custom survey setup. NFC-enabled cards were produced and placed at each booth, allowing visitors to simply tap the card with their smartphone to instantly open and complete a short feedback form about the startup's exhibition and services.

Each startup had access to its own dedicated dashboard where they could view and analyze the feedback collected exclusively for their booth.

AI Camera Kiosks for Organizer Insights

In addition to the NFC card surveys, we placed HYOUKA AI Kiosks at 3 key locations throughout the venue. These kiosks used our interactive AI answering interface and contained only 3 questions - making it easy for visitors to complete the survey in under 30 seconds.

While the individual booth results were private to each startup, the AI camera kiosk data provided the event organizers with enhanced insights including overall visitor satisfaction scores and suggested improvement points for future events.

Pitching at Take Off Tokyo

We also participated in the Take Off Tokyo startup pitch competition, presenting our AI-powered survey and feedback solutions to the audience and judging panel.
