HYOUKA AI Concierge at the Tokyo Unique Venue Showcase Event
We used the HYOUKA AI Concierge at the Tokyo Unique Venue Showcase Event to introduce visitors to venues, experiences, and programs - combined with our AI camera survey system.
On January 20th, the HYOUKA AI Concierge was used at the "Tokyo Unique Venue Showcase Event" hosted by the Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau (TCVB). The HYOUKA AI Concierge was used to introduce visitors to the available experiences, facilities, and programs at the event. Visitors could ask anything - from venue details and schedules to personalized recommendations - and make their own plans on the spot. We received positive feedback from both visitors and staff alike.

Integration with AI Camera Surveys
This time, we used the mobile HYOUKA AI Concierge together with our AI camera survey system. This allowed us to gather both on-the-spot feedback through the camera-enabled kiosk, as well as provide a gateway for visitors to access the concierge through the survey kiosk itself.
- AI Camera for automated attendee demographic surveys
- AI Agent provides real-time venue information and creates personalized plans for each visitor
- Multilingual support in 30+ languages for smooth interaction with international visitors
- No app required - app-like experience with interactive maps, program views, and more straight from the browser. Notifications are also possible without app installation (adding to Home Screen required)
