The Challenge: Making Surveys Fun

Traditional surveys are boring. Visitors at a bread festival want to enjoy bread, not fill out forms. The challenge was to turn an "ordinary boring survey" into a fun activity for visitors waiting in long entrance lines.

Smart Mobile Surveys

Instead of tablet-based kiosks (risky for an outdoor event with weather concerns), HYOUKA uses NFC-enabled signs and QR codes. Attendees simply tap their phone or scan a code to open the survey. No app download required.
